At MOREXX,  we want you to shop with confidence. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Return Eligibility 

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order:

•  The item is unworn, unused, or unwashed.

•   The item is retuned in its original condition and packaging.

•  The ite is free from perfume, makeup, stains or damage.

Non- Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

•  Custom-made or personalisend garments.
•  Altered items.

•  sale or clearance items (unless faulty). 

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or another available item, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method where applicable.
